Because of our hard work and the quality of our maintenance the number of elevators we serviced were increasing. For this reason we hired new employees and we bought new premises in Szentgyörgy str. 58. in Miskolc.
We bought our first service car in 1998. Since that time we have bought 10 more modern and comfortable cars with which our employees can work effectively and they can provide reliable maintenance.
As we hired new staff, we started installing new elevators and maintaining escalators too.
In 1999 our company expanded its activities to Northern Hungary and obtained ISO 9001 certification.
In 2008 our premises in Szentgyörgy street became small because of the increased number of elevators and escalators we serviced, so we bought new premises in Soltész Nagy Kálmán street.
Currently we service hundreds of elevators and escalators. In our Commications Centre our customer service representatives respond to problems 24 hours a day.
Our goal is to make our customers’ lives easier with providing quality service and to help people with disabilities getting around in order to improve their quality of life.
